RILSF VIP Golf Training Program

The Rhode Island Lions Sight Foundation’s golf program teaches the fundamentals of golf to Visually Impaired Persons (VIP’s) of Rhode Island.

The program has been running for 2 years at Top Golf in Cranston, RI and is loved by the participants that attend. Sessions last for 1hour and involve both practice and the fun game of “Block Party” which allows the player to get points for hitting the ball consistently or to certain areas of the fairway.

The program runs year-round as the bays at Top Golf are both heated and air cooled. A golf tournament is also held once per year to raise funds for this program.
